“We attended the soft opening of Ember & Vine last night and I would say that the owners and management have scored a home run with this new restaurant in Palmas del Mar! The ambiance is upscale Mediterranean chic and the food on the opening night prix fix menu was delicious. The filet was cooked perfectly, the seared salmon with lemon butter sauce was heavenly and both entrees were served piping hot. The attention to detail with the food, furnishings and wine pairing and cocktail menu was evident from the moment we arrived. This will rapidly become our favorite dining and gathering spot in Palmas!”

“What a welcomed addition to our Palmas family of dining experiences! The menu is sophisticated yet flexible enough for a variety of palettes. The bar, while still limited due to the newness of the restaurant, made an excellent smoked old fashioned complete with a beautiful presentation table side.
